About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will identify and win new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients . You will play a critical and active role in growing our company.
Job Role & Duties:
The Client Success Manager role is accountable for developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial strategic relationships with our Healthcare Clients. This is done through regular meetings with Clients' decision makers, understanding their Healthcare related business needs and concerns, and providing guidance on how to get the most out of their Healthcare environment and our services.
# Responsible for understanding client's implementation to facilitate updates, additions, and fixes to client workflows
# Responsible for partnering with Customer Support, Change Management, Product, and Development teams as needed to help clients navigate tickets and enhancement requests with minimal delay.
# Responsible for partnering with Relationship Manager on Quarterly Business Reviews, articulating client successes and ROI
# Perform duties including direct Account Management services and customer services for assigned clients.
# Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relations with account stakeholders to accomplish growth and long-term company objectives.
# Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
# Working internally to ensure deadlines for client deliverables are met, and helping clients meet program goals.
# Worked in the Lead Generation/Sales Enablement industries previously.
# Previous team-building experience (role definition, staffing strategies, etc.

You will wear several hats in this Full Desk Recruiter role, including full responsibility for the end-to-end full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles around the country. This portfolio will have a strong emphasis on hiring for business jobs as well as clinical healthcare positions (physicians, psychologists, therapists, nurses, social workers, etc.). This includes sourcing talent, leading deep headhunting in the job markets, generating and leveraging multiple sourcing channels, phone screening/interviewing candidates, generating and negotiating offers, and also holistically ensuring that our candidates have an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also work closely with the team to ensure all of our new hires are smoothly credentialed and onboarded.

Role and Responsibilities
# Identify, source and engage candidates from a variety of clinical and corporate fields through creative and innovative sourcing approaches.
# Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
# Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
# Facilitate the hiring process, including but not limited to: negotiate and generate compensation packages, produce job offer letters, conduct background, reference verifications, as well as credentialing verifications for clinical roles and supporting onboarding and administrative duties
# Strategically generating, identifying and leveraging multiple sourcing avenues to ensure that we are continually attracting top talent in the market;
# Create a robust talent pipeline (focused on clinical healthcare roles) and manage our partnership opportunities with campus recruitment/physician organizations/associations; while hosting job fairs in person & virtually
# Continue to grow a far-reaching network of contacts, developing strong personal/professional relationships
# Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of staffing needs and the expertise required to succeed in various positions
# Serve as the brand ambassador of N2S Healthcare to the job markets, and enhance the N2S Healthcare employer brand, as well as the visibility/reach of job posts and overall exposure to the market
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to producing a flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
# Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
# Provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting, and maintain a deep understanding of the recruiting market and the recruiting life cycles
Qualifications and Education Requirements
# Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leading end-to-end full cycle recruitment experience, recruiting for Physicians and/or the Healthcare industry is preferred .
# Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems / HRIS systems (Workday & Credentially) is a plus
High level of stakeholder management and the ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally.
# Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
# Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
# Proven track record of self-sufficient, full life-cycle recruiting, including expertise with screening, negotiations/closing and candidate relationship management
# A passion for teamwork, with a burning desire to contribute.
